(Read at the bottom to see how you can WIN tickets for your family to go see the Titanic Museum this Holiday Season!!!)
I've been itching to visit the Titanic Museum Attraction in Pigeon Forge for months now and haven't had the change to make it out there yet. Maybe waiting was a good thing because I had no idea that they celebrate the Holiday's in STYLE!
Let me explain....
Let me explain....
The fun begins on Thanksgiving Day! Wednesday, November 28th at 7:30pm, Prepare to be amazed! The night sky will light up with colorful sparks of light during the Titanic Museum’s second annual fireworks extravaganza, honoring the lives and legacies of each of the ship’s passengers, crew and rescuers. It will, for sure, be the largest fireworks show of the year on the Smoky Mountain Parkway. It's truly something that you don't want to miss! "We look forward to celebrating a joyful evening with our community friends and neighbors.” announces John Joslyn, expedition leader of the 1st private exploration dive to Titanic and co-owner of the Titanic Museum Attraction.
“Since the Titanic Museum Attraction’s grand opening in 2010, fireworks have been seen as glowing tributes to the 2,208 passengers and crew who sailed on Titanic,” said Joslyn, “Our Thanksgiving fireworks display also serves to usher in a new holiday Christmas season of hope and promise for all of us,” adds Joslyn.
The firework show isn't the only thing that you should be looking forward to when it comes to the Titanic Museum Attraction this Holiday Season... The Titanic Fantasy Princess brings new Holiday Magic to Pigeon Forge in a way that's never been done before!
“Our Fantasy Princess will be here to greet little girls and boys and help make their holiday dreams come true,” announces John Joslyn, “She will embody the holiday season’s magic and mystery shared by children of 1912 and today.”
The Titanic Fantasy Princess is a beautiful new addition to the annual Titanic Christmas Winter Wonderland, which features thousands of outstanding holiday lights, Edwardian-style decorations, costumed "merry-makers" and a Gift Shoppe full of one-of-a-kind goodies! Not to mention that the little ones will get the opportunity to pose in a photo with the princess herself. What a magical moment that will be! (My girls would be so excited! I can't wait!)
The Live Appearances will be from 1-8pm

“Every day we remember and honor the men, women and children who sailed on Titanic, but this is especially so during the holidays. You’ll truly experience what a Titanic Christmas voyage might have been like 101 years ago,” Joslyn mentions.
If you think it all sounds like a dream.... There's more!! It's hard to believe that one attraction can offer so much but it's true! The Titanic Museum just keeps on giving!
It WILL snow this season in Pigeon Forge! The Titanic Museum Attraction guarantees it!! Starting on Thanksgiving evening, (Thursday, November 28th) it will snow – yes, REAL snow – on the Titanic. The snow will be part of the museum’s Christmas in a Winter Wonderland Celebration, which is meant to honor and celebrate the lives of all 2,208 passengers and crew of the Titanic itself.
On Thanksgiving and every Saturday in December, (starting at 7:30pm) the Titanic will create real snow falling off the bow of the ship! (Doesn't it sound wonderful?!) Not to mention that the entire ship, from inside and out will be twinkling with Christmas lights and lots of decorations.
“Everything about our Christmas in a Winter Wonderland Celebration is aimed at giving our visitors and their families a unique, memorable holiday experience. A memory that will last forever – and isn’t that what Christmas is all about?” exclaims John Joslyn
Yes John Joslyn... Creating memories and spending time with family IS what Christmas is all about!

I have ALWAYS loved Pigeon Forge! If I were back in Tennessee, I'd totally be checking this out!!!
ReplyDeleteTennessee is just an hour or so away from us and I too LOVE Pigeon Forge :) I use to go there alot as a kid and it's overdue for a visit :)
DeleteI am beyond jealous! I am a Titanic fanatic, but I must draw the line at taking family vacations just because I am obsessed with the history. From the sounds of all the events, this would be the memory of a lifetime though. Oh this is so so tempting-I could almost start packing now and spend our savings on event tickets for each night! I suppose I could enter, but then by a cruel twist of fate I would probably win.
ReplyDeleteIt's wouldn't be a cruel twist of fate, it would just mean that you would save money and only have to pay for travel and hotel :) You should enter.
DeleteI'm also a big Titanic fan and can't wait until the festivities begin!! My daughters will be so amazed!! (So would I of course!!)
Thank you for helping us share our Christmas events with the world. We love our blogger family!
ReplyDeleteYour very welcome! Thank you for the opportunity! :)
