How to you feel about a Foto Friday?

I took my daughters downtown last weekend for a photo shoot and I would love to share some of those photographs with you. What better way then to launch a new segment?

I decided to let the girls chose their own poses since that's when their true personality shines. The shot below was the first one I took during the actual photo shoot (I took many more on out way to the wall), it turned out a bit blurry but I can't get over the poses they chose :) They are The Dancing Diva's after all!!

Irish Twins - You'd think they were connected at the hip! They won't do anything without the other.

The photo below is the above part of the wall that didn't make into the photographs. (My girls were too short to have the dragon in their pictures) I chose this wall for our shoot because of the bright colors and who could overlook the HUGE dragon that stretched across the top of the brick wall?! Isn't is amazing? Such a wonderful art piece!

Being able to walk around downtown and find beautiful pieces of art painted on the buildings is one of the wonderful things about Asheville, NC! We believe that artists need to be seen and many local business have even hired local artist to turn their outside walls into one of a kind art pieces, some even have the store name and even a product or two :) You can even find murals that tell a story about history. They are all simply breathtaking!

My Lazy Day

Yesterday was such a lazy day for me! I mostly just laid around the house doing nothing at all. I did get to do a small Photo Shoot though. One of my friends is going through a custody battle over her step-daughter. She needs pictures of Hope, her step-daughter, playing with her friends and being happy. The pictures are going to be shown in court. My daughters and a couple more of Hope's friends came over and I pretty much followed them around, snapping pictures. I'm very happy with how the pictures look on my computer. Now I'm just waiting on the finished product to show up in my mail! I just love getting pictures in the mail! It makes me excited! I'll be sure to let everyone know how the prints turn out.

My Lake Junaluska Photo Shoot

I had a wonderful Photo~Shoot onWednesday! I took photos of 2 little girls, sisters, and their aunt. It went sooo well! We was at Lake Junaluska in Haywood County. The scenery was very beautiful with the ducks and water along with the trees and buildings. We had a blast and the pictures turned out wonderfully! Now I'm just waiting on a responce from the family so I can make the picture order :0) Im so glad that the pictures come out so good. They have givven me permission to post these photos so here are a few of my favorite shots! :0) Arnt these gurls just ADORABLE????
